​I don't know what Garret Bangerter and Bangerter Homes of Southern Utah are currently telling prospective clients... but this is what we were told.

• We were told ... "Garret will be actively involved during the construction process" ..... our experience was anything but that.  Garret never attended any city inspections, we had to move to St. George for 4 months during the construction to monitor the process.

• We were told ... "He’ll make sure your home is built the way you expect with the quality and detail Bangerter has built a reputation delivering." ... our experience was that Garret took no real interest in our home, in fact, subcontractors had to call our cell phone to check on the status of materials that Garret did not order.

• We were told ... "We care about you and your home. We care about our reputation. We want to be able to look you in the eye when the job is done and feel good about what we’ve done and how you feel about your home."

Maybe Garret feels good about the job he's done but we certainly do not.  Garret has threatened to sue us for defamation for saying what we are .... but all we have done is spoke the truth.
