Ceiling framing not properly supported for weight of sheet rock​

Exterior window flashing torn and cut during installation

Sliding glass door crooked, and damaged during installation

Front windows damaged during installation

Furnace leaked, damaging ceiling and creating mold growth

We had to hire a mold restoration company to remove mold and make repairs

Sill plates not installed correctly. Gap at base of house that leaked water during tile installation

Water line broke inside house during construction flooding guest bath

Guest bath toilet cleanout not installed correctly

Gaps in exterior sheathing throughout. You could see daylight between the framing

Base plates not installed correctly. Crooked and protruding into exterior sheathing

Curing agent not used correctly when pouring concrete. A white film was permanently embedded into 3,700 sq. ft. of concrete driveway, RV pad, courtyard, patio, sidewalk

Uneven 30' section of the driveway

Crooked saw cuts chipped the concrete throughout

Rebar was not used in any of the concrete poured. Standard for quality builders
