The above photos are some of the defects done to our house by Bangerter Homes of Southern Utah.

• ​Crooked wall framing throughout

• Ceiling framing not properly supported for weight of sheet rock​

• Exterior window flashing torn and cut during installation

• Sliding glass door crooked, and damaged during installation

• Front windows damaged during installation

• Furnace leaked, damaging ceiling and creating mold growth

• We had to hire a mold restoration company to remove mold and make repairs

• Sill plates not installed correctly.  Gap at base of house that leaked water during tile installation

• Water line broke inside house during construction flooding guest bath

• Guest bath toilet cleanout not installed correctly

• Gaps in exterior sheathing throughout.  You could see daylight between the framing

• Base plates not installed correctly.  Crooked and protruding into exterior sheathing

• Curing agent not used correctly when pouring concrete.  A white film was permanently embedded into 3,700 sq. ft. of concrete driveway, RV pad, courtyard, patio, sidewalk

• Uneven 30' section of the driveway

• Crooked saw cuts chipped the concrete throughout

• Rebar was not used in any of the concrete poured.  Standard for quality builders
